Genesys Customer Advocacy Program Platform
In 2020, Genesys customer advocacy team wanted to refresh the customer portal, hosted by third-party Influitive. As lead designer of the project, it was my responsibility to bring the hub into the Genesys brand and give the overall customer experience a refresh. The Genesys customer advocacy team and newly rebranded hub were awarded, “Best Branded Hub” by the Influitive platform.
